Ordering, Shipping, & Returns

Ordering via Square
The art, jewelry, and greeting cards are available through the secure Fremont’s Inc. via Square. The links will take you to the site where you can process the order online.

Ordering Art by email
Each handmade art item is unique and an adored piece of art or traditional jewelry. The prints are of high quality paper and printing.  The ordering process makes sure you know and see the one-of-a-kind artwork or print coming your way:

  1. Send an email to JemezArts @ gmail (DOT) com* listing the items you wish to order along with any inquiries.
  2. Aimee will reply ASAP to acknowledge your order or answer any questions.
  3. Once your items or choices are pulled, photos will be sent for your review and approval.
  4. After the final details including shipping and handling are approved, the credit card payment will be processed over the phone at a time and date convenient for you.  You will see Fremont’s Inc processing your credit card order.
  5. All Sales Are Final

Shipping
Orders will be delivered via USPS Priority Mail unless otherwise specified.  Please inspect your artwork immediately for any damages.

Returns only for damaged items
All Sales Are Final.  However, if your items arrive damaged:

  1. Immediately take photos of packaging and item
  2. Email photos ASAP to JemezArts @ gmail (DOT) com*.
  3. KEEP EVERYTHING- the box or padded envelope, the packaging material, and the damaged item.  I will need this to make the claim with USPS.
  4. I will call and follow up with an email to make arrangements to send a return label.
  5. Once I receive the damaged items, your full refund will be processed.
